* You Thrive in Orchestrated Chaos: Our space is a symphony of enrichment. You’ll need to conduct playgroups, manage puzzle games, and execute cleaning protocols—all while keeping the energy calm and the vibe positive. Cool head, required.
* You're Built for the Grind (& the Glamour): This is real work. It involves heavy lifting, epic play sessions, and yes—embracing the full spectrum of canine care (hello, poop, pee, and vomit). It’s not always glamorous, but it’s always fulfilling.
* Your Mind is on Our Mission: Our approach is rooted in neuroscience. You don't need a degree, but you must have a deep curiosity about how enrichment, play, and rest directly impact a dog's brain and behavior.
* You're Locked In & Reliable: Our pups depend on us 365 days a year. Shifts start as early as 6 a.m., and weekends/holidays are mandatory. You must have reliable wheels to get here before the sun’s up.
The Perks of Being a Pack Member:
* Part-Time Hustle, Full-Time Impact: This is a part-time gig (2-4 shifts/week, 15-20 hours) with the potential for more during our busy seasons.
* Prior Experience is a Plus: Work in a shelter, a groomer, or another facility? Tell us about it. But raw passion and the right mindset can trump a long résumé.
* Learn the Secret Language: You won't just watch dogs play. You'll be trained in the Dope Methodology—learning to read canine stress signals, facilitate positive interactions, and become a true expert in the field.
